Galvanised steel pipe is zinc-coated for corrosion resistance in exposed and wet environments. We supply both pre-galvanised and heavy-duty hot-dip galvanised pipe in round, square and rectangular profiles for fencing, scaffolding, handrails, water and gas services, and structural use. Coating mass and pipe schedule are selected to suit the application, with material certification provided.
Product Range
Pre-Galvanised Pipe & Tube
Zinc-coated pipe (Z80–Z450 coating mass) in square, rectangular and round profiles. Wall thickness 0.55–3.80mm in lengths 4–9m for fencing, scaffolding and light structures.
Hot-Dip Galvanised Pipe
Heavy-duty galvanised pipe with coating thickness 35–100μm. Round tube Ø21–219mm, wall thickness 1.6–8.2mm for structural, handrail and services use.
Round, Square & Rectangular
Galvanised hollow sections and pipe in multiple profiles to suit framing, posts and rails.
Water & Gas Pipe

What galvanised pipe sizes do you supply?
Nominal bore from 15 mm (½ inch) to 150 mm (6 inch) in light, medium and heavy wall, hot-dip galvanised to AS/NZS 4792 or pre-galvanised, in 6.5 metre lengths or cut to length.
What is galvanised pipe used for?
Fencing and gates, handrails and balustrades, shade structures, stock yards, irrigation and general structural posts where corrosion resistance matters.
What is the difference between hot-dip and pre-galvanised pipe?
Hot-dip pipe is dipped after forming, giving a thicker coating on all surfaces including the inside, and suits long-life external use. Pre-galvanised pipe is formed from galvanised strip, has a thinner coating and a cleaner finish, and suits lighter and internal applications.
