A tubular steel section with a square cross-section, used for columns, posts, and architectural applications.
Square hollow sections are cold-formed steel tubes with equal width and depth. Their symmetrical shape makes them particularly suitable for columns and posts where loads can come from any direction. SHS are also commonly used for frames, bollards, and architectural features. Available from 20x20mm to 400x400mm. Manufactured to AS/NZS 1163.
